清洁能源联盟 (CEA)

The city of 索拉纳海滩 began service in 2018 as the Solana Energy Alliance, and later joined the cities of 卡尔斯巴德 and 德尔 in 2021 to form 清洁能源联盟 (CEA). CEA is a California Joint Powers Authority formed as a CCA to provide power to residents of the following cities  

  • 卡尔斯巴德
  • 德尔
  • 索拉纳海滩
  • 埃斯孔迪多
  • 圣马科斯

圣地亚哥 社区 Power (SDCP) began service to municipal and business customers in 2021 and expanded to residential customers in 2022. SDCP is a California Joint Powers Authority formed as a CCA to provide power to residents of the following cities in 西班牙&E’s service territory:

  • 丘拉
  • 恩
  • 帝国的海滩
  • 拉梅萨
  • 国民城市银行
  • 圣地亚哥
  • Unincorporated communities of County of 圣地亚哥
